I’ll be the first to admit that Rihanna has had some pretty intense problems lately. But is that really an excuse for this outfit? I mean really, the hoodie top is adorable, but the lack of pants and neon yellow galaxy shoes are a bit over the top. Next time, just wear a t-shirt and jeans Rihanna. We love you!
